Vanessa was responsible for the kitchen operations of Lime and Pepper restaurant, Pool Bar, In room dining and conferencing and events. During Vanessa's tenure Peppers Beach Club and Spa hosted a three day event in conjunction with Gourmet Traveler Magazine, Peppers Food Trail.
