The student job consisted in providing assistance to the international office of VIA University College, responsible for the international strategy of the university, partnership with foreign institutions and the participation of students and staff in international activities. The tasks given are the management of all students of VIA under process of exchange via the programme Erasmus+, elaboration of reports, analyses of international strategies and identification of possible new foreign partners and general office assistance, just as well as assistance to the staff of VIA Global Engagement.

Responsible for the preparation of events, meetings and official visits, trips and ceremonies, guidance of authorities and service, at most of time, to the president of the court, Justice Ricardo Lewandowski, in any activity related to his daily job, keeping the expected protocol.

Responsible for the themes of Youth, Mercosur, UNASUR and International Cooperation, also the daily work, such as elaborating briefings and reports, and preparing documentation to the Chief Minister, staff of the Presidency of the Republic, attending meetings, coordinating the internship works and organizing the protocol of the Cabinet.

The internship at the international advisory provided a wide experience on administrative and thematic pillars. Works and themes such as UNASUR, Mercosur, the UN, G-20 were the main subjects dealt while there, and administrative daily work, such as preparation of briefings, documentations, presentations and joining the advisors in meetings and events. Half of the period as intern, I was part of the General Coordination in the Government for the preparation of the World Youth Day 2013, responsible to organize most of things regarding the event.World Youth Day 2013 – Rio de Janeiro.
