Uk Design Manager
Current- Lead the UK team as part of the Global Design team across creative projects including decks, reports, infographics, events, video, templates and pitches; covering the UK and Western Europe- Act as brand guardian globally- Manage resource including traffic management and freelancers for a constantly changing schedule- Keep brand resources up to date and available on the DAM- Manage stakeholder relationships including all levels internally and external suppliers. e.g. printersKey achievements to date:- Introduced job numbering, a job tracker and project management software- Introduced team processes include quality control- Organised and rebuilt the UK Design server to be more logical and easy to use- Researched, built and rolled-out a company wide DAM system for all brand assets including imagery, templates, icons and headshots- Used the aforementioned job tracker to produce quarterly reports on team performance and utilisation
