I am a dynamic career professional with over twenty years of experience in the customer service field I am seeking a position that would utilize my excellent communication and problem solving skills. I am a highly motivated self starter with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. I am also up for a new experience or challenge. In my 23+ years with at&t I have worked in different positions such as Customer Sales and Service from July 1990 to April 2002, Accessible Communications from April 2002 to November 2005, Consumer Sales and Service from November 2005 to January 2006, Special Projects from January 2006 to December 2008 and finally Customer Sales and Service Specialist from December 2008 to the Present. I love my job, however I would like to try something different, for years there was no where else to go but now there are new opportunities within the company and I would love to try something different and If given the chance I would love to retire from at&t with 30 to 35 years of service.
