Proposed and delivered a range of improvements that included: 1) Re-engineered customer on-boarding process and associated workflow that resulted in faster turnaround times, less customer touch-points and eliminated double handling. 2) Introduced an automated credit assessment process, supported by targeted user training and a dedicated Intranet page for ongoing reference purposes.• Enabled the seamless migration of Post Connect customers to ABNote, overcoming various challenges including disparate systems and processes, and limited Post Connect IP, to establish what became one third of the ABNote customer base. Following transition, all Post Connect customers were retained, with the overall experience improving through faster response times and better quality solutions.
