Aon Hewitt is a global leader in providing a few different services, such as risk management, insurance; however, it is also recognized as a human capital consulting company. As an associate in the customer service department, I played a key role to communicate proper information, learning client specific information then educate employees who called in. Handling highly sensitive information and delivering the highest client service was part of my daily activities. As a Sale Coordinator in the finance department, my responsibilities include creating and closing Return Authorization for major customers, answering customer inquiries (by phone and e-mail) about their order status, uploading orders from the website and transferring them to Business Vision. I also assist the company by doing French translation on the product packaging.

I am a recent honours graduate of the 3 year Human Resources Diploma at Seneca College. I worked as a Technical support at Clickfree & the past summer,I completed a full time internship in the professional recruitment team at Ceridian. These roles have given me the valuable experience in a professional, office environment and allowed me the opportunity to be involved in many different aspects of both companies. I now wish to leverage these experience to begin my career in the HR field.
