VP of chapter marketing. Designing a sponsorship program to benefit businesses in the valley and to grow partnership with PMI.

As VP Programs I created, planned and managed networking and chapter events. I've recently moved to the VP Marketing position. I'll be creating a marketing and sponsor plan. A team within our marketing area is providing Project Management classes to community non-profit groups, like META, The ARC and the Botanical Garden.

Project Manager/BA with responsibilities to implement SharePoint 2013 as the intranet for Banner Bank employees. In addition to implementing SP, I'll be managing the creation of a Knowledge Management Governance Plan, Training Plan, Adoption Plan and a Migration Plan for future departments.

Analyzing internal applications, using Six Sigma and BPM methodology. Working with business teams to create SIPOC'S, Business Process Mapping and Use Cases for a discovery project. Partnered with EA to complete Technical Requirements. Worked with the business teams and SME's to develop and finalize business requirements for a new Provider Information Management application during health care reform. Implemented ViStar VIP provider information application.Acted as Business Analyst for multiple ACA projects. Documented internal applications.

Commercial Support Content Lead + Desktop Support Applications (2006 - 2011) - Ensured that support content was available online for customers at new product introductions. Project manager for commercial desktop troubleshooting applications. Provided leadership for the commercial support content teams; effectively managed new product introduction projects to ensure that content was delivered 100% on time for the last 3 years for all commercial imaging and printing product lines. Content quality review projects led to support savings of $975k in 2010. The HP Update application delivers troubleshooting solutions to 10+ million customers weekly.Through the use of Six Sigma methods and tools, implemented continuous process improvements which enabled better use of resources and budget. Additionally, gathered and analyzed customer feedback to improve desktop applications.Knowledge Management Lead (2004 - 2006) Initiated development of commercial desktop tools and KM Processes. Developed scope and business requirements, as well as process development for multiple desktop applications for Commercial Printers. Managed and maintained troubleshooting trees at hp.com for commercial customers seeking self-support solutions.Service Delivery Engineering - Warranty Cost Reduction (2002 - 2004)Led a team of service professionals to gather and analyze product service events. Initiated service metric reporting for global business units. Proposed multiple changes to issue diagnosis and service event processes to reduce time for repair and parts used and increase first time fix.Organized service data, analyzed parts prediction and usage to find defects in processes. Recommended new process strategies to regional service managers to improve onsite service cost/parts used. Used customer feedback to improve services.In enterprise product lines (servers) improved cost of services 10-25% with improved parts prediction and usage.

Led test team for ongoing releases to the call center application used for logging customer calls and service events. Managed core team/extended resources during multiple application test release cycles ensuring that testing timelines are on schedule. Provided regular test results to stakeholders. Ensured that application was thoroughly tested for new functionality, regression and user acceptance testing which increased reliability of customer data entry in the application. Partnered closely with IT during all test cycles - concisely documented defects with steps to re-create issues so they can be fixed before the next test cycle. Collaborated with business owners of warranty and entitlement systems and databases for ongoing data quality improvements. Interacted with supplychain to ensure delivery of end-to-end functionality in linked databases. Led workshops to gather information used to improve application usability.
