* Global AFC Head of Hedge Funds, Multi Assets, Aviation and LATAM businesses.• Reports directly to AFC Chief Financial Officer.• Responsible for overseeing $82B of AUM across 300 portfolios that generate ~$1B of yearly revenues for the firm.• Leads a cohesive and successful team of 35 people in USA, Luxembourg, India and Mexico.• Responsible for team strategy, hiring, talent development and mentorship for AFC team.• Spearheads process reengineering projects leveraging technology-based solutions that have gained operationalefficiencies, saved ~$300K to clients, and reduced 7 full time employees for the firm.• Oversees 10 fund administrators globally to ensure accounting books and records are in accordance with GenerallyAccepted Accounting Principles “GAAP” and International Financial Reporting Standards “IFRS”.• Collaborates with audit partners to improve processes ahead of interim and year-end audits.• Partners with Onboarding, Middle Office, Client Services, Legal, Tax, Product Strategy, Portfolio Management andFinancial Reporting teams to provide solutions to clients for new portfolio launches or restructures.• Partners with Regulatory Reporting, Legal and Product Strategy on regulatory implementations updates e.g. FormPF amendments and Private Fund Advisors Rule.• Member of the US, Canada and Private Valuation committee.• Lead of the NAV error policy committee for Alternatives Operations team.
