• Work Non-fraud chargeback and suspect chargeback queues using different platforms(DMS , HotwireAdmin Voyager and Cyberspace). • Monitors numerous real-time queues and analyzes high-risk transactions from specified points-of-sale within the business portfolio.• Independently determines if transactions are fraudulent and should be canceled and refunded, or are legitimate and should be processed and fulfilled.• Becoming familiarized with cyber-crime trends worldwide, identifying locations where e-commerce fraud is most prevalent.• Contacts and effectively communicates with customers, banks, and suppliers via multiple channels (phone, email, fax)• May execute standard SQL database queries to retrieve data and produce standardized reports• Redshift• Review status and cancellations for products in GDS (Sabre, Amadeus & Worldspan, C3) • Knowledgeable in data visualization/reporting using Tableau.• GCO(Global Customer Operations) using Expedia's Navigator platforms.• Sanctions(SalesForce, PRECISION) work sanctions queue identifying possible SI match to SDN• Coach and mentor peers with specific goals aiming to improve metrics( transactions worked, chargeback rate or reinstatement rate)• May assist with business level Spanish language support as needed.

* Establish and implement an efficient process for the application, enrollment, placement, and orientation of children and parents into the program.* Maintain full program enrollment by maintaining current waiting lists, analyzing attendance, and filling identified enrollment opportunities within 30 days.* Responsible for managing all applications for eligibility, file monitoring, registration, placement, attendance review, withdrawal procedures, and all corresponding follow-up.* Verifying the eligibility of applicants; including income and age eligibility and signing “EligibilityVerification”* Creating and maintaining a list of over income children/families.
