• Lead project and operational teams trough several phases of product cycle life.• Establishment and monitoring operational & financial KPI´s (PPM’s, OEE, Inv Turns, etc) to ensure the best project performance and reach or avoid variances for planned profit.• Develop and manage project timing (including APQP milestones/stages) with proper tasks follow up and roadblocks escalations.• Perform project status presentations for several organization levels (internal & externals/customers).• Coordinate and follow up Engineering Change implementation for assigned projects.

• Responsible to interact with Business Development global team and customers to ensure new business opportunities quote accuracy, providing reliable engineering data (labor, floor space, material handling, process design & capital investment).• Responsible to develop process simulations to validate performance and improvements prior implementation.• Responsible for New Product Introductions and successful launch for new products, from its concept to operations start up (due diligence, building, processes/procedures, validations/FAI/PSO, P&L, hiring, training, etc) using MS Project for tracking milestones and deadlines.• Responsible to maintain project status communication through all corporation levels and external customers in a regular basis (weekly or monthly).

• Responsible for New Product Introductions, Engineering Change and transferring manufacturing lines from Morristown, TN (USA) to Irapuato, GTO (México).• Responsible for manufacturing and engineering departments, maintenance operations (cutting, radio frequency welding, final assembly, packaging).• Accountable for processes and procedures design and development to implement maintenance plan (preventive and corrective) for all operations equipment.• Develop metrics to measure and review maintenance operations performance.• Responsible to create and manage structures for maintenance and engineering modules for SAP system.• Responsible for business justification & budget planning in any CAPEX.

• Responsible for manufacturing & engineering departments.• Responsible for start ups and production lines transfers with successful launches in quality, quantity and on-time delivery following PPAP, APQP & FMEA requirements.• Responsible for achieving sustainability of production through Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Lean Manufacturing principles implementation such as: 5´S, TPM, Visual Management, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, SMED, Standardized Work, Kanban, OEE, Time and Motion studies, TOE, DOE, Poka Yokes, Capability Studies, SPC, etc. • Responsible to train production and maintenance personnel previous new products validation.• Responsible to create and periodic review engineering documentation accuracy against product drawings/specifications at each production process such as Flow Diagram, FMEA 's, work instructions, layout, workstations design, etc.• Responsible to create and manage structures for engineering modules for SAP system.• Coordinate engineering changes (scope, planning & resource allocation, including business justification & budget planning for any CAPEX).

- Responsible to implement operations excellence program and deploy lean manufacturing culture trought all organization levels.- Responsible to coordinate and establish MoP for each Kaizen event.- Responsible to establish and follow up corrective actions for any KPI with performance deviation.
