Ireland

Living abroad is always an extraordinary opportunity to seize all kinds of new experiences. To enhance even more my time living in Ireland, I volunteered in the Embassy, where I got the opportunity of experiencing some of the activities that are being done to expand Mexico’s relations with Ireland. Not only I had the opportunity of interacting with diplomats, artists, entrepreneurs, business people and the Mexican community in general, but I also had the responsibility of analysing Irish media in order to write monthly reports for the Mexican Secretariat of Foreign Affairs (SRE), as well as giving support during events.

Fun activities included: editing the content of the company’s magazine, assisting with promotional activities and giving support during the organisation of events. I also helped to organise the market research, customer service and I was the community manager (Twitter, almost doubling Facebook fans and opening the company’s Instagram).Not that fun but still needed to be done: Updating and analysis of the databases and writing reports.
