Develop and implement annual retail programs aimed at maximizing POS sales, distribution, and overall market presence of Coppertone brand sun care products in key retail outlets. Meet regularly with key decision makers to develop plans, assess progress, and identify opportunities resulting in increased market presence and strong customer relationships. Recruit, train, manage and motivate a merchandising support team of up to four employees. Train newly hired representatives on all systems, procedures, reporting, territory organization and management. Create customer presentations and reports, monthly priority grids, and various tracking tools for sales team.

Supported the Implementation Project Management group through IT cost analysis and performed project metrics. Performed equipment lease analysis and produced weekly project metrics. Processed invoices for each project.
