Researched / wrote property sales proposals for commercial real estate investment bank specializing in sales and financing of major real estate portfolios, landmark properties, world-renown hotel and resort properties, premier retail centers, and state-of-the-art office / industrial complexes. Developed unique marketing sales strategy for legendary film studio that repositioned property brand and value.

Ranked as one of America’s top-ten pension providers, Transamerica Retirement Services (TRS) has over 75 years of expertise in creating customized retirement products such as defined benefit, profit-sharing and 401(k) plans. Originally hired as Senior Technical Writer for Transamerica Worksite Marketing Division for Life, Medical and Specialized Health Benefits insurance proposals.Subsequently hired in sister-division, Transamerica Retirement Services (US top-ten pension provider) as Senior Writer, Marketing.
