KEY TRANSACTIONS• FTSE 250 client. Worked with structuring teams in Dublin and France to put together a supplier and receivable facility for a large contract. Involved in client negotiations from initial RFP stage through to implementation, as well as in extensive legal and credit discussions. Transaction brought in significant revenues, and its success has led to further business with the client. • FTSE 100 client. Implemented a large global cash management programme from initial pitch to final go live. Challenging timescales involved and careful management with compliance required. Smooth transaction for client and extremely positive feedback. • FTSE 250 client. Acquisition financing and associated swaps, the result of years of relationship building with the Treasurer to ensure BNPP was well positioned for acquisition finance. Followed the ‘Highly Confident Letter’ presented to the CFO the previous year. Success of work ensured that BNPP continues to be extremely well placed for further opportunities with the client, that continues to be in acquisition mode.• AIM-listed client. Led the restructuring of client in a challenging market. Negotiated with advisors, client and legal counsel on documentation and pricing. Involved challenging discussions with internal credit team and other colleagues to persuade them to provide a committed line of financing. Successfully secured facilities with no incremental increases in exposure.
