- Establishing a Marketing Department within the company to increase company revenue - Creating Brand Identity for the company and generating Brand Awareness across a wide variety of vertical sectors using above and below the line Marketing Strategies (over 4 years the rate of inbound enquiries to TRC based on brand creation and awareness increased by over 200%) - Developing 2 websites with full search engine optimisation and ensuring greatest return on investment for online search engine advertising - Creating yearly Marketing Strategies and implementing these to tight deadlines and within budget - Analysing all Sales and Marketing Statistics and producing comprehensive reports for presentation to Senior Management - Carrying out in-depth Market Research and Analysis both prior to and throughout all marketing campaigns - Selecting, organising and participating in Trade Shows across Ireland and the UK - including designing the stand, managing staff at the show and meeting potential clients face to face - Designing and producing all marketing materials including E-Zines, Case Studies, Brochures and Leaflets - Compiling all marketing tools for the sales team including Presentations, Corporate Literature, Presentation Wallets - Ensuring greatest press coverage by writing effective press releases, developing database of media contacts and regularly liaising with these - Establishing and maintaining database of over 3000 contacts - Managing team of 5 full time telemarketing staff

Graduate Placement as part of the ‘Connectors’ programme which places graduates in small companies to assist their expansion in to new markets.
