In this role I managed a project for the event for the Flying Eye Hospitals presence at London Stansted. I engaged stakeholders from the NGO, Aviation, Medical and Corporate sectors. I also developed and fostered strong internal and external relationships on behalf of Orbis. I secured ‘Gift-in-Kind’ donations to assist with the running of the event and reduce costs. I led all project meetings including briefing packs. I ensured cohesive and strategic delivery of the project, whilst overseeing the governance of the event, from risk assessments to donation policies.
