• Education Program Management: Oversee vocational learning center that employs 40 administrative and teaching staff and provides training to over 1,500 students ages 4-50 annually. The center serves beneficiaries from 15 underserved, low-income villages in Siem Reap Province. Developed several program monitoring and evaluation tools to measure, track, evaluate program success and improve program delivery. Transitioned student and teacher surveys from paper to digital forms, enabling reliable data collection and saving approximately 60 hours of staff time.• Training: Lead monthly teacher development workshops to 35 teachers with a focus on 21st century education and student-centered learning. Implemented peer mentor program pairing senior teachers with new teachers.• Volunteer Management: Manage and coordinate service-learning treks, philanthropic tours and field visits for over 300 individuals each year- including university students, corporate donors and independent travelers. Improved volunteer recruiting policy, security protocols and operating procedures. Notable achievements include: - Oversaw technology project with grants, support and funding from Team4Tech, Microsoft, VMware and Rotary Club of Sacramento which enabled ICT skills development for staff and students• Curricula and Program Design: Initiate projects and activities that increase 21st century skills development. Expand Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math (STEAM) offerings in accordance with strategic goals and grants. Specifically, my duties included writing newsletters, compiling and disseminating relevant information about community projects, women's groups, and ideas for classroom activities.

The Green English Project committee seeks to promote environmental education in China through both classroom activities and community projects. Related Projects:- Organized first ever annual campus-wide cleanup at Zunyi Medical College which over 100 students and professors participated in. - Facilitated and participated in a Sustainable Ecology Leadership Camp for university students all over China held at Wolong Panda Reserve outside Chengdu, Sichuan.- Co-organized Earth Day Environmental Teacher Training event at Zunyi Medical College- Developed Green English Curriculum for Peace Corps China Volunteers
