Served as the launch CEO and business development officer for this start-up personal protection and security technology company founded by senior law enforcement, FBI, & former DEA agents successfully raising $2.2MM in seed capital and securing initial beachhead customers.

The firm was a start-up SaaS multi-media proofing and enterprise workforce collaboration platform. Served in an equity position reporting to the CEO responsible for sales and overall growth strategy. Achieved $5MM in new business contracts while assisting fund raising effort; company secured VC funding and was ultimately acquired by InMotion, Inc.

TMP was a division of Monster Worldwide, a global service provider of marketing communications, advertising, PR and Human Capital Management solutions. I was retained after the acquisition of JWG to manage marketing and national and global sales teams while assuming a hands-on sales leadership role. • Met annual net new revenue targets of $40MM+ while supporting recurring annual revenue targets of $500MM+. • Led sales staff, regional directors and digital strategy consultants throughout the US and internationally; responsible for 3 business units: Advertising, Communications and HR Consulting - 8 RVPs / 50+ executives; ATS/HRIS/Web Services Consulting Group - 7 senior directors; B2B PR / Integrated Marketing – 2 senior account executives.• Clients included American Airlines, Lowes, Sears, Verizon, HP, Pfizer, IBM, Duke Energy, CP&L, and Bank of America with average deal size ranging from $200k – $5MM+.• Managed the web development, technology consulting offering, coordinated internal services, contract negotiations and software vendor / channel partner relationships growing the practice 30% YOY. • Featured as company speaker at regional and national conferences and events.
