I manage client relationships and give presentation to C-Level executives. Should there be an audit, I prepare and represent my clients until completion of the audit process. Achievement: Recognized for achieving as many filings as senior consultants in my first 7 months. Over $2.75M recovered for my clients thus far.

AdvancedAIS is a fully integrated Transfer Agency system to handle the needs of Hedge Funds, Mutual Funds, Income Trusts, and other investable entities around the world. They also built a fully integrated compliance, AML, and reports distribution service that is second to none. I reported to the CEO and my role was to manage the entire development team. This included helping him develop an engineering strategic plan that outlines product roadmap, new hire schedules, and product launch projections.Working with the engineering team, I managed the entire process: Creating PRD, RED, test plans, and signoff on all architectural designs from the developers. I hired and performed performance reviews with all developers.Technology: Java, Adobe Flex, Hibernate, Jira, Hudson, Maven, BlazeDS, GIT, MySQL, MS Project, WikiAchievement: Successfully revamped the development team, introduced an increasingly efficient process, and managed the completion of a scalable Transfer Agency system that met client expectations and requirements.

ShareVision uses SharePoint to provide content management SAAS product for non-profit community centers and organizations that support the mentally handicap. ShareVision also has a sister company that manages pulp and paper mill machines for Voith using MOSS 2007. I managed both divisions as their dev manager and developer. I worked with Voith Managers from Germany to define requirements, and managed the development and test team in Channai India during implementation. My role also involved signing off on timesheets and managing all production bugs.Achievement: Was able to alleviate the workload from the VP of Engineering and brought on consistent product delivery. This enabled the VP to implement a roadmap that saw 300% revenue growth by the end of 2011.

Acquisition of Snapvine in June 2008. The VP of products and I worked together to kickstart the mobile development division that garnered great success for Whitepages. My role expanded to mentoring three project managers and two product managers as the teams shifted development process to Scrum, in addition to managing 2 scrum teams of my own. My manager and I developed base protocols for the roles and responsibilities of scrum masters, product owners and technical leads for the entire engineering and product team of 60 people. In Oct 2009, my role also included managing production bugs triage. Scrum team 1: Search and Content, SEO, and Ads and Marketing. We handled data load/integrity, match rates, revenue driven and SEO projects, and maximizing revenue on our ads projects. 13 persons teamScrum team 2: Architecture Team. We built/managed RPC, and API for the core search engine, including Database upgrades/migrations to handling 2 Billion searches per year. 6 architects.Technology: Ruby on Rails, Perl, C++, GIT, Postgre SQL, MS Project, WikiAchievement: (1) SEO projects increased Google bots crawled from 6 Million to over 13 Million in a quarter. (2) From idea to launch of the Whitepages mobile app. within 5 weeks; Ranked 4th on iTunes.

Snapvine is a mobile social networking service company with over 6M users. I managed the entire development team of 23 people as their Scrum Master. My role also included coordinating the marketing team and all clients through all product launches to ensure proper API integration and coordinated press releases go off without a hitch. After the acquisition, I managed the product end-of-life processes for the Talking API. Technology: Ruby on Rails, SVN, Postgre SQL, MS Project

Vorsite built 5 connectors for document transfers, federated search, and DOD 5015.2 records for enterprise content between Microsoft Sharepoint, IBM FileNet, and EMC|Documentum. I managed all of these OEM connector products for Microsoft and EMC for most of the product lifecycle. When my teams at Vorsite finalize the RTM builds, I managed Microsoft and EMC teams for localization, branding, and release. All product design, features, work flow, logic and UI were my responsibilities and creations. This was my first exposure to Scrum.Technology: .Net, C#, Java-COM bridge, DFC, DFS, SQL 2005, and Java.Achievement: (1) Got DoD 5015ch2 records management certification; first in company history.(2) Worked with multiple cross functional teams around the globe, we released our products on time which doubled profits for Vorsite and EMC Documentum for these products. Microsoft released free products.

◦ Created partnerships and sponsors from UBC, NIA-NIH, Canada's NSERC, won 2 grants, and created a self-sufficient company for 3 years while still attending University during the period of May 2002 - Dec 2003. ◦ Formed a company of 5 people after 2nd year CS at UBC, build partnership with Research centers at UBC and the National Institute of Aging (a subsidiary of the NIH) ◦ Liaised with partners for requirements, designed and managed 2 products: (1) Hepatitis C virus genomic and protein to drug analysis, and (2) Osteoporosis analysis based on x-ray images of the femur and lumbar spine. ◦ Networked and gave presentations for funding.
