Digital Messaging Administrator
CurrentITS Management is an IT services company. It is predominately geared to developing the infrastructure and providing the technical expertise to enable various digital marketing departments better their ROI and grow their client base.The role is broad and open to development but currently involves; • Administration and support of the company's messaging systems and infrastructure. This includes Exchange, Cisco IronPort ESAs, ProofPoint Protection Servers and proprietary bulk marketing systems. • Working with the IT team and business sponsors to drive ongoing development of internal message platforms.• Developing new communications strategies and liaising with marketing and creative departments to deliver innovative marketing campaigns.• Optimizing messaging campaigns through rigorous testing and analysis.• Developing and maintaining relationships with 3rd party messaging and related marketing service providers.• Maximizing the effectiveness of 3rd party EDM platforms used across the business.• Working closely with business users to promote effective messaging-based marketing, and assist them with the technical aspects of doing so. Includes SPF, DKIM, DMARC and reputation management.• Performing operational messaging functions for business units as needed for both ongoing and new business tasks.• Providing troubleshooting and technical guidance for email/messaging issues, including acting as escalation point for the IT Helpdesk.• Assisting the IT team with general server platform maintenance and admin as required.
