The company provides IT consulting, business consulting, systems implementation and application outsourcing services to large enterprises and software vendors.Roles & Responsibilities • Understanding the job openings from Virtusa delivery team.• Building good relationship with vendors and candidates hence they will do business with Virtusa.• Working on getting Vendor Service Agreements signed between vendors (employers) and Virtusa.• Sourcing candidate’s profiles using job boards like Dice, Monster, Indeed and LinkedIn etc • Identifying right candidates using networking, internet tools, and cold calling (E.g., Referrals, Social Networks) • Doing proper phone screening and matching the profile with the skill before setting up interviews • Walking candidates through interview process and coordinating interviews to ensure the candidates and panellist join the interview in time. • Conducting stand up calls and status calls for the updates on requirements. • Ensuring legit interview process and checking candidate’s documents before scheduling interviews.• Following and adhering Virtusa recruitment policies • Point of contact to the accounts that are assigned. • Working on different visa independent and dependent candidates • Ability to effectively work on a high volume of positions while managing multiple priorities. • Outstanding customer service skills, strong Internet search and sourcing skill • Strong organizational and time management skills • Experienced in interviewing candidates and new employee on-boarding process. • Pre-Screening the candidates by Phone / Skype / Microsoft Teams• Posting and maintaining job descriptions on a variety of job boards like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn• Tracking interview feedback for candidates.
