Data Science: Enable Development staff to leverage usage data insights for decision making by producing standard data assets, conducting custom analysis engagements, and providing coaching 2. Quality Assurance and Internal Auditing: Provide independent, well-documented, and standard auditing using the QA framework and tooling for specific teams, programs,products, and areas. Internal build and test tools & Security Process Engineering: Provide workflow-related processes, analysis, documentation and training for our internal build and test tools and Product Security. 5. Process Improvement & SDLC: Own and drive process improvement, waste reduction and problem solving through Lean methods. Lead large cross-functional process improvement projects and drive our SDLC, Agile and Release incompatibility processes and framework.6. Development Standards: Own and drive coding, testing and product standards.7. Development Learning and Onboarding: Provide training for new hires, Engineering Development and Development staff on topics such as SDLC, Data, Architecture, Programming Languages, Gen AI8. I manage the Software Engineering Process and Learning group, in addition to being a senior software process engineer described below. The Software Engineering Process and Learning group leads internal consulting, process, training, tooling and change management work for the Development organization. Our area includes Application Security, Web technologies, Data Analytics, Architecture, Product training, new hire training, remote training and Programming Languages and Libraries. As a manager, I am responsible for crafting multi-year plans for my team and the area. My responsibilities include: hiring, work closely with my direct reports on their projects/career development and managing performance.

Primarily responsible for leading process, change management, training and consulting work for the Web, Architecture and Engineering programs. Work includes managing programs, providing internal consulting, evangelizing new tools, processes and standards and creating/delivering learning resources.
