Oversaw and signed off on the security risk posture of all new business and technology initiatives and kept executive leadership abreast of current security threats to enable well-informed decisions. Before BNP Paribas, was recruited as the first Information Security Officer for a business unit in G.E. and was responsible for end-to-end security and improving their overall security posture from policy development through vulnerability management. My first professional job out of school for a Bachelor's in computer engineering was as a security systems engineer at SIFY, an internet startup, working on one of their security and network monitoring product.
