Once the product team confirms the fixes validating the same in Stage environment Helping all the stake holders with Reports and functionality issues on SABA cloud and Captivate Prime. Working with other team like SFDC, Workday, Tableau and Micro strategy to integrate with LMS Providing demo to new content teams who wants to use SABA/Captivate Prime LMS Setting up new team with proper access to LMS so that they can start uploading the content. Providing training to all the instructor and training coordinator of different region on how to use LMS for updating attendance and Roaster Management.
