I am throughly experienced in matters related to indirect taxation, i.e., Customs, Central Excise and Service Tax. In Customs I have a detailed exposure to almost all the areas of functioning including investigation, valuation, clearance of cargo (air and sea), courier as well as passengers at international airports. Excise and service tax are the areas I am presently looking after. I have many important detections and recoveries (by way of Audit as well as Anti Evasion activities) to my credit. Besides, I also have good exposure in work relating to Vigilance investigations / inquiries. I have been appointed 'Master Trainer' by the Govt. of India for GST. I am imparting training of GST laws and procedures to both CBEC and State VAT officials for the past 4 months. I have also been appointed Master Trainer by GSTN Portal and have been appointed Faculty for Backend training by the DG Systems, CBEC.I wish to associate myself with a place where people respect knowledge and where hard work and capability are the criteria for vertical as well as horizontal growth.
