Few of the achievements so far being- Improving internal communication using daily reports to all teams (sales, marketing and Operations) containing UpToDate information of orderbooks, stock availability and ETAs.- Improved Webstore by adding stock information as well as expanding the products categories.- Implemented Stock allocations to Sales orders, Order acknowledgement and backorder feedback Automation through the core system.- Project managed various system related mini projects like price increases, ABCSMH product classification, implementation of cycle counts, implementing stock policies etc.- Implemented KPIs for operations teams and improved productivity.- Successfully managed Operations activities during Covid-19 and supported the sales growth of more than 10% during this time.
