Hi my name is vikash singh.I am currently living In kzn. I am a disable .At my previous job I worked as a regional manager for the cross trainer.I took care of 60 stores and had 7 area managers reporting to me. Part of my duties was to train and develop my management staff and to drive turnover and have controls in place .I worked very closely with the directors reporting figures /stats.   . Every month I set goals for my management team and that the goals had to be achieved. I have been in management for 20years now. I also worked as administrator so have a excellent admin background.I made sure that all my stores were clean and tidy and  gave excellent customer service and made sure that I gave my customers a world class shopping experience when they walked into my stores.I was also involved in store audits making sure that health and safety was in place. Store admin was up to date . Store shrinkage was controlled.Area managers had to report to me on a daily basis on store turnover  promotion markdowns, expenses, occurred leave ,daily schedules. I focuses on driving sales and revenue growth within a region across verticals. They work with a set of Enterprise Business Managers in a cross-functional manner to achieve Service Line targets. Key performance areas include driving sales conversion rates and profit margin, developing and implement sales strategies, daily management of the team as well .
