•Over all planning and management of GFATM funded JEET (Joint efforts to eliminate TB) Project in state of Maharashtra and Assam in close coordination govt. and private health providers •Monitoring and supportive supervision to ensure adherence of continuum of care services under the RNTCP Cascade to eliminate TB through Intensified case approach. •Technical inputs and Capacity building of the project team. Organization of CMEs for doctors •Representing World Vision India at state and national leave forums•Ensure successful implementation of “NIKSHYA POSHAN YOJNA” to provide nutritional support to TB patients

1) Lead and coordinate implementation of project activities.2) Supportive Supervision of Zonal Coordinators. 3) Planning, liaison and implementation of activities at various levels. 4) Liaison with Divisional and district level of functionaries of line departments including health, NRHM/RCH and other departments. 5) Establish, strengthen relationships with various stakeholders to develop appropriate external relationships to foster support for the for CDC project6) Preparation of work plan, budget forecast and management of budget allocation according to the project. 7) Documentation of case studies and promising practices for advocacy and lobbying at appropriate forums.

• Overall Implementation of vitamin A supplementation program in Madhya Pradesh state• Technical support to NRHM to draw strategy for Vitamin A supplementation, National Iron Plus initiative Program, De-worming, Diarrhoea Management and other nutrition-related programs in the state• Advise to state govt. for developing various guidelines, IEC and training module on micronutrients.• Monitoring and supportive supervision for vitamin A supplementation and other nutrition-related programs in the state. • Document case studies, proposals, technical write up as per organization requirement.

• Overall Implementation of National Urban Health Mission Madhya Pradesh state• Technical support to District to draw strategy for NUHM related program in the state• Technical support to district in preparation and submission of annual PIP• Monitoring and supportive supervision of districts• Development of training plan, training material and IEC/BCC plan for state

Ensure training of in-house staff e.g. M & E officers, Project Officers and Admin cum Accounts officer. Coordinate development of TOTs for Implementing NGO, who in turn will ensure training of staff at the district level. Manage translation of Operational Guidelines, communication material and reporting formats for use by Supervisors and Link Workers at the district level.Ensure training activities are conducted as per the plan defined in the Operational Guidelines.Ensure development of training reports and sharing with MPSACS/NACO.Ensure training for needs assessment to periodically address the gaps.Direct implementation of BCC activities as per the District Implementation Plan.Making assessment about issues for which further training is needed and coordinate accordingly.

To design, install and maintain the management information and reporting system for various activities of the project.To develop innovative strategies and programme package on information, education and communication for gender development.To develop networking with development agencies for the implementation of programmes including resource mobilization.To incorporate, implement health and social development related schemes of Govt. & Non Govt. organization.To monitor the implementation of various programmes to collect compile and analyze the data and to participate in carrying out operations research.To build up rapport with the community by maintaining close contacts and follow up visits.To Coordinate field activities with the work done by various developmental agencies working in the area and with that of the family planning service and follow up activities are being carried out by the concerned primary health centre/sub centre or community outlets.To plan monthly activities and the annual calendar of the events including implementation thereof.To maintain record of important activities/events and development work carried out in the project area in qualitative and quantitative terms.To carry out other jobs assigned by competent authority from time to time.
