I am a quality engineer. I am previous working for the organisation Microtek International Pvt. Limited in Parwanoo.4 year experience in the quality department. My work is line inspection, quality auditing,and quality control. read the engineering drawing and maintain hourly data. and use the quality 7QC tool and show month-wise changes in rejection. I leave this organisation in April 2022.I have a dynamic experience in manufacturing industry fabrication and paint shop.maintain all parameter of powder coating both, inspection powder coating metal cabinet(dft ,impact test,cross test bend test)and making reports.I am currently working on an Eastman Auto Power limted baddi. and I am a process engineer to validate processes and new machines.my work as a process validation and change sop and take a trial and new product validation machine validation,mold validation and product validation and implement kiazen and poka yoka and data analysis
