Whilst no savings are attached it is a legislative requirement to do this and it is anticipated it will speed up the adoption process by at least 6 months and improve outcomes for children. *Reviewing and redesigning the Administration Service to achieve savings of £400k+.*Reviewing and redesigning the Out of Hours Social work service to improve service delivery * Running a programme of multiple smaller reorganisations
