•Coordinating with Sales Team on Daily Relationship Positions.•Expertise in Managing JobDiva for tracking Submittals, Interviews, and Candidate Activities.•Coordinating with Delivery team for timely response on the daily requirements.•Providing daily Team activity report to Branch Delivery Head. •Connecting with AMs and Delivery team to resolve their queries on priority.•Cold calling to Candidates while they are facing any issues on their BGC paper work.*Rich Experience in implement new Process and execute Successfully. •Strong analytical skills that help in evaluating a given need, consider alternatives and find feasible solutions.•Excellent Expertise working on various VMS Portals such as IQNavigator, Fieldglass, beeline, Pro-wand/WAND,•Excellent report making abilities with accurate detailing in form of analysis methods, interpretations, conclusions and suggestions.
