About-⦁ Responsible for the End to End Recruitment for the candidates and handle the IQ Portal for the End to End process and ability to hold the candidates from selection till joining. ⦁ Design and coordinate the hiring process. ⦁ Source qualified candidates via jobsites, databases, networking etc. ⦁ Handling initial round of HR telephonic interview in order to judge the candidate’s suitability, attitude, academic & professional qualification, experience, communication skills etc., before forwarding to client. ⦁ Briefing and explaining candidates about job requirements and sharing the job requirement to the suitable profile matching candidates. ⦁ Lining up the candidates for the interview as per the schedule given by the client. Follow-up the candidates and closing the position. ⦁ Managing the database, client’s trackers and MIS reports on daily and weekly basis. Meeting daily & Weekly targets by submitting quality candidates for the clients. ⦁ Help establish connections with professional groups, communities and other organizations ⦁ Select and present qualified candidates to hiring teams. ⦁ Help hiring teams interview candidates through various methods (e.g structured interviews, behavioural interviews) ⦁ Create reports on hiring progress and other recruiting metricspersonal skills-;I am passionate about the automotive designing, sketching, painting and playing sports rather than i used to read books and used to make food
