Mr. Sampat received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Sardar Patel University, Gujarat, India, in 1983, and a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the Stevens Institute of Technology in 1986. Mr. Sampat has been with SUPERSTRUCTURES for the past 27 years and is a licensed Professional Engineer in New York and New Jersey. As a principal, Mr. Sampat's responsibilities extend throughout the life of a project, from conceptual design through construction documents, bid negotiation, and construction completion. Mr. Sampat is an expert in design of the complex steel, concrete, timber, and masonry structural systems involved in renovation, roofing and historic restoration projects. He is uniquely skilled in the intricacies of planning and scheduling required to complete projects with optimum efficiency and economy. Vikrant is an expert at achieving the goals of logistically and technically complex projects. His success at meeting schedules and controlling cost by minimizing change orders has earned the loyalty of many clients. His exterior restoration experience ranges from multi-building infrastructure projects to nationally significant historic landmarks.Vikrant has extensive experience as managing principal for public agencies clients including the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation (HHC), New York City Department of Citywide Administrative Services (DCAS), New York City Department of Design and Construction (DDC), the New York State Dormitory Authority (DASNY), MTA- Bridges and Tunnels, the New York State Office of General Services (OGS), and the City University of New York (CUNY).
