As a Quality Engineer in (NPD Department)** 2 years of experience in the field of New Product Development (NPD).** Knowledge in process Machining Process ** Knowledge in APQP, PPAP, FMEA** Core Analysis in Quality & Process behaviour. ** Handling new project by developing new supplier and develop systems to meeting Quality requirements** Knowledge in IATF 16949 (International Automotive Task)** New Product – Study & Clarification prepared** To Prepare Process Design (Process Flow & Machine selection)** Analysis for NPD Parts Process and Product critical parameters** Analysis for suitable fixturing method (Mechanical & Hydraulic)** Documents and Reports preparation and Handover like ( ISIR , Fist Piece Approval , Run Chart , Lead and Profiles Graphs, Contracer Machine reports , Roughness Report , H.T.
