I have started out as a frontend developer. The project was in finance sector for client facing application serving thousands of clients. The goal of the application was to serve portfolio management, financial advisement and net banking for high net worth and ultra high net worth individuals.The development team started out with ~80 engineers divided into smaller cross functional teams including backend, frontend, QA engineers and business analysts.After the fist year at EPAM I have become a senior software engineer and acted as team lead, deputy UI lead at the project. Coming with a system engineering background I was able to have a huge impact on the project by managing the build configurations/servers. Seeking new challenges I have joined another project handling bank to bank transaction life cycle management as a development lead. The project was smaller, only ~10 engineers.After many fruitful periods at the project I have been offered a frontend architect position at my previous project and to move on with my carrier I have accepted it. By that time I have also become a resource team lead.At my time in EPAM I have also participated in - committees as an expert and head of committee for promotions- technical interviews- team fitting interviews- UI community meetups and talks (co-organiser)

I have started at DrótPók as a PHP/Javascript developerMy first few projects were in eCommerce sector. The main portfolio of it was to sell fitness equipment and brand specific e Learning materials.I have been working there on a high load website, hybrid and native mobile application.My last project was in a different domain for a home security system distributor.Our team was responsible to ship hardware blueprints, firmware, web application, cross platform desktop and mobile application.
