Manage overall operations, including resource development, financial monitoring and reporting, staff supervision, marketing/public relations and community outreach. • Work in close cooperation with the Board of Directors and staff on governance, budgeting, board development, volunteer management, family selection, fundraising, and all matters affecting organization• Work and interface with Habitat International to ensure compliance with policies and procedures. • Foster and maintain healthy relationships with major donors and sponsors.
