• Perform daily operational management activities including GAP scan, PI scans, adjusting stock on hand (SOH) counts, ticket arrangement and helping other departments• Manage inventory and stocks within my department• Analyse and take action on negative report and fill report. Communicate and present reports and results back to higher management. • Managing staff roaster and ensure that it aligns with new RT3 (Right Team, Right Time, Right Task) System.• Managing cleaning and hygiene standards required as part of the Fresh and Produce department.• Provide face to face customer service.• Plan Weekly store management and presentation standards such as weekly promotion/specials and stock check.• Work as replacement Inventory manager in other stores as and when required. • Staff management such as rostering, training for new staff members and education about company policy etc.• Provide leadership support to staff members and ensure the work performance and quality is high.
