• Responsible for complete designing of Power packs, Cylinders, Special Purpose Machines.• Assigned with the responsibilities for creating the Dimensional Drawings, Main Assembly Drawing, Part Drawings and the complete Bill of Materials for projects.• Designing of manifold drawings• Design calculations for machine tools, hydraulic presses & material handling systems• Verification of design parameters such as (power, pressures, flows, speeds) and product selections in the hydraulic schematics.• Responsible for Calculating and designing hydraulic cylinders to meet the customer requirements.• Assigned with the tasks of selection of Bearings, ball screws, linear motion guides, gears, hydraulic winches, etc.• Responsible for checking and correcting the drawings of components for machines before it is delivered for manufacturing.• Solving problems in the shop floor by working closely with production people involved in fabrication, machining, assembly and testing areas.
