Major Responsibilities:• Responsible for coordinating all preparatory work on detail Engineering, Procurement, Onshore Fabrication, Mobilization of Offshore personnel and regular follow- up for the fabrication jobs given to the Subcontractors•Coordinate with Draftsmen and ensure that issued drawings correspond to the client requirements before dispatching them to the workshop.•Coordinate with the QA/QC Inspector for project preparation and NDT requirements during the project.•Experience in maintaining and overhaul the heavy machines and its sub assemblies in accordance with established maintenance schedule, including monitoring, inspection, testing, repairs ,replacement ,installation and commissioning•Organize the procurement of raw material and ensure prompt delivery.•Prepare and monitor the preparation of the manufacturing instructions for the workshop.•Monitor the fabrication and report the progress to concerned parties and during Production Meetings.•Ensure the preparation of Fabrication Data Books is addressed after each project working with the QA/QC Department.•-Manage all variation requests issued by construction contractor, verify and negotiate them•Issue the related work orders after the detailed assessment of the contractual frame and of the associated financial impacts and prepare the amendments for construction contracts•Reports and documents the resolution of site claims•Review, control and answer all formal correspondence received from construction contractors and its filling•check subcontractors' quantity surveys for all construction disciplines
