Group Cost Controller
Current• Item creation & upload from the system and validation from ERP System/ Focus.• Creation of all stores for the ERP system and updating the locations.• Vendor creation on the ERP System• Creation of LPO to Suppliers and sending• Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers• Track orders and ensure timely delivery• Maintain updated records of purchased product, delivery information and invoices • Coordination and Good communication with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage• Monitor stocks level and place orders needed • Prepare report for Stock counts to all Outlets and Franchises• Monthly COGS Report • Posting sales invoices through General Stores (Focus system) and ERP System.• Receiving invoice for all locations in UAE.• Research potential vendors• Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analysesMonitor stock levels and place orders as needed• Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change ordersLiaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition• Monthly comparison report and items from different suppliers.
