Vakrangee is a pioneer in digital insurance distribution big time.Job Responsibilities> Manage 70% of the total distribution network – 35000 Vakrangee Kendras for driving Insurance business (Life, Health & General Insurance) >Distribution spread across North & East India (Punjab, Haryana, Delhi – NCR, Rajasthan, U.P, Bihar, West Bengal)> Managing Insurance distribution with all partners for strategy, support etc. > Involved in planning & driving numbers in coordination with state head. > Ensuring Quality control with sales objectives. > Code of conduct and compliance of all regulatory norms.Additionally accountable for driving Banking Relationship for Delhi NCR as State Head for all verticals like E com, E-Governance, Banking etc.

Responsible for strategizing business direction and driving sales strategy through a dedicated team of Area / Territory Manager and Relationship managers posted in the geographies. Drive distributor and channel partnerships to augment sales growth and build sustainable business models.
