Working with senior stakeholders to deliver programs to improve fundamental data management issues to help transform the business into a data led organisation. Stakeholder management and presenting to leadership teams, budget management of project teams of varying size and global in nature.Clients have included Top Tier Investment banks, Global Asset Managers and FTSE 100 Retail banking organizations. Projects covered Data Quality, Data Management, Data Operating model and Data Strategy.Areas of interest include data strategy as part of technology transformation projects, modern data architecture including data domain operating models such as data mesh and ESG.

• Working closely with global investment teams including Equity, Fixed Income, Portfolio solutions, LDI and Multi Asset desk• Involved in the data ART and PI planning sessions• Maintain relationships with numerous internal teams including Investment, Legal, IT, Market Data, Investment Operations and on-boarding amongst others whilst representing the investment Data team• Completion of data analysis utilising Experian Pandora to automate/create various reports that would help the team become more efficient, produce daily reports used by project teams for status updates and other Management Information using multiple data sources including Benchmark, ratings and analytics data• Analysis of time series fund performance to ensure key analytics are within pre-defined tolerances, working with product teams to ensure variations can be attributed to strategy changes• Presenting in weekly meetings to various project teams, providing progress reports and including visual aids to represent the data
