● Focus of this position is to delight and retain customers of our EHS&S (Environment, Health, Safety and Sustainability) software.● Troubleshooting and providing technical assistance on escalated tickets.● Providing training and guidance on new features and functionalities.● Developing workarounds and write technical and guidance documents. ● Writing Technical and Guidance documents and posting them in the customer forums.● Writing Escalation documents and creating defects in TFS.● Responding to questions and information requests via forums and calls.● Conducting periodic status meetings with customers to ensure good communications and relationships are maintained.● Installing, Upgrading and Configuring the application.

● Developing the expected solution to the given technical specification. ● Installing and configuring the application software and deploying the customizations on the client site using remote access tools.● Testing modules developed by self or by others to ensure that they desired quality standards.● Writing test specifications and conducting the test as per the specification.● Providing technical assistance to customers on Pivotal CRM via phone, email and/or remote access.● Performing advanced problem analysis and isolating problems of a complex level of difficulty.● Publishing articles in the in-house knowledge base called: KNOVA.

● Requirement gathering from the client and preparing approach tracker. ● Creating a detailed technical design document and get it approved from client.● Develop the application using Visual Studio SQL Server Management Studio.● Writing SQL stored procedures and Adhoc reports.● Preparing a test case document.● Unit testing, peer code reviewing and bug fixing.● Deploying the changes (.aspx, .dll, .xml and SQL) in various environments.● Assisting users on the application via phone, email and/or remote access.
