Current- Focus of this position is to delight and retain customers of our EHS&S (Environment, Health, Safety and Sustainability) software.
- Troubleshooting and providing technical assistance on escalated tickets.
- Providing training and guidance on new features and functionalities.
- Developing workarounds and write technical and guidance documents.
- Writing Technical and Guidance documents and posting them in the customer forums.
- Writing Escalation documents and creating defects in TFS.
