Currently I am a part of Global support team handling incidents/change requests which involved having an interaction with the business stakeholders from Sales ops team to Senior Executive/Management levels . Mentoring the new team members by giving KT on the business processes of the client.• Co-ordinate with the onsite team and track the developments among team members and updating the status to the management.• Handling new developments in releases thro’ Change Requests.• Creating FD’s addressing to the GAPs identified during the TO-BE analysis.• Coordinating and communicating requirements for development and issues to the developers.• Preparing test cases for Unit testing and Integration testingI am involved in leading and managing the projects.
