Responsible for driving qualified credit applications and capturing indirect auto finance contracts from dealer partners in the North Texas territory. Doubled the number of signed dealer partners and established strong relationships with internal credit and funding teams to grow contract volume from $400,000 to over $2.8 million.

Managed relationships with partner banks across the country to help maximize their success with TIB's correspondent credit card program. Coordinated program launch for newly signed partners, trained management and customer facing staff, provided marketing assistance and materials, generated/communicated/reviewed various reporting to large volume partners, conducted on-site meetings as needed.

I maintained existing and established new corporate relationships with large Dealer Groups, coordinated with internal Sales and Operations teams to drive retail contract volume from dealer groups and looked for cross-sell opportunities within dealer groups for other Citigroup products.

I serviced the greater Fort Worth market in '96 and '97 and then the market area was expanded to include a select set of dealerships in the entire state of Texas.

I was the primary Credit Analyst for the Austin, Texas branch office serving dealerships in Central Texas, the Texas Panhandle and West Texas markets.

I started as a front end collector and was managing a team of five collectors when I was promoted into a Credit Analyst position.
