Tick&Live Software company and the integration of BilletRéduc).- IT M&A: Sell-side pre-deal and Buy-side PMI - Transformation program: define and organize the operational migration (business processes, tools, reskilling and systems) with a perimeter of 1 800 points of sales, 450 web sites and 4 000 partners (promoters, work councils…) in 18 months involving 100 FTE from Business and IT (French & German teams).- CIO (France Billet, Tick&Live & BilletRéduc): Ensure the run and the evolution of the different teams and information systems, enable synergies and optimization in terms of performance, contracts and finance, setup a new culture/organization and hire the required competencies to prepare the future (30% annual IT costs savings, 10 recruitments, architecture simplification with a 50% maintenance reduction).

IT Strategy, Governance & programs Director following Fnac and Darty merge in 2017 to lead the synergy programs between the two companies (team of 45 FTE):IT Strategy: Define and coordinate the evolution of the Group Information System, including architecture, operational model, organization, and make-or-buy strategy, while ensuring follow-up and arbitration by the Executive Committee (ComEx).M&A: Conduct necessary pre-deal activities (such as technical due diligence and merger integration), strategic analysis, and integration programs aligned with M&A opportunities, including Nature & Découvertes, BilletRéduc, and the FranceBillet carve-out.Innovation: Organize and lead IT innovation programs, focusing on proof-of-concept delivery and technological advancements.Governance: Define and oversee all activities related to IT governance, ensuring alignment between Fnac and Darty processes, including enterprise architecture, contracts, Vendor Management Office (VMO), IT Asset Management (ITAM), Project Portfolio Management (PPM), and budgeting (OpEx & CapEx).Investment Committees: Analyze strategic projects in terms of business alignment, solution selection, architecture optimization, and financial control.IT Communication: Establish a culture of communication, simplification, and closeness with our clients, and enhance the employer brand to facilitate IT recruitment and school partnerships
