Account Manager
Current• Contact assigned accounts to schedule and conduct Business Reviews.• Negotiate MSAs and committed contracts.• Create and track progress on renewals via Salesforce opportunities and maintain clean records.• Discover upsell and cross-sell opportunities. • Assist with issues such as billing, compliance & security, invoicing questions and pulling in the necessary resources.• Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure smooth handoff processes from team to team as needed.• Understand and utilize customer product usage reports.• Monitor and communicate with accounts that are not in good standing.• Fulfill renewal orders and initiate service.
