I'm responsible for supporting EMEA & JAPAC (Europe, Middle East, Africa, Japan, Asia, Pacific) Marketing to drive Marketing activities in EMEA, working closely with Global Demand Marketing and Demand Generation stakeholders on many aspects related Lead Management Process processes. My team is working to understand users’ requirements for demand generation campaigns, with the objective of improving conversion rates and pipeline creation from email, events, Oracle.com and any other marketing activities, while ensuring regional compliance with global processes and local laws.

I'm responsible for supporting EMEA Marketing to drive Marketing activities in EMEA, working closely with Global Demand Marketing on many aspect of marketing processes. My team is working to understand users’ requirements for marketing campaigns, with the objective of improving conversion rates and pipeline creation from email, events, Oracle.com and any other marketing activities, while ensuring regional compliance with global processes and local laws. Team will also monitor usage of our tools with a special effort in quick adoption of Modern Marketing Infrastructure. Last but not least team is producing periodic reports on EMEA KPIs.

Leading the team of marketing Advisors for EMEA, looking after lead and list management as well as web-marketing,

Lead Management Advisor - EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa), part of the Global Lead Management Team. I'm acting as a "bridge" between Marketing and Sales, to increase the quality of Marketing efforts (leads..) and working with Sales on follow-up, conversion and every other aspect of Leads and Lead flow processes. I help to align with global processes by focusing mainly on EMEA as well as drive global lead initiatives.

I look after for WCE region (13 countries) budgeting, planning, tracking & analisys (Marketing ROI), local oracle sites, leads management. Responsible of CRM project (marketing area).
