Marketing Research - Created and analyzed a database of articles examining pharmaceutical marketing and its regulation

Cleaned and analyzed 120 million observations consisting of 54 variables (33 GB) of historical mortgage data using R to enhance risk models, building GLMs using stepwise algorithms and qualitative processes

• Managed threat intelligence accounts of India’s largest telecom operators: Airtel, Vodafone and MTS• Led reduction of daily subscriber spam complaints across all operators by over 90% within 1 year. Led to penalty saving of over $100k for each of the three Indian Operators.• Audited network security for telecom operators across five continents (Asia, Africa, Europe and Americas). • Served as part of a multicultural and diverse team

• Designed mobile data network for 3G services. Implementation and subsequent improvements led to increase in hub wide daily mobile data usage from 500GB to 20TB within a span of 3 years.• Spearheaded system operations handling over 100 million marketing and personal SMS per day. Oversaw daily technical operations as well as yearly budgeting and audits of Idea South and West SMS Hubs.• Responsible for technical training of interns and new joiners. • Excellence award certification 5 times within 3.5 years of service.
