 Arranging and forecasting of manpower, material, tools & machineries as per project requirement, strictly follow up & chase the site staff to complete the project as per the target program. Responsible for handling all activities with strict adherence to environmental regulations and QHSE standards Placing order for the approved materials Planning, Execution and Commissioning of HVAC system (FAHU Ducting, Smoke Management system) Execution and Coordination of FIREFIGHTING & PLUMBING system. Installation of FCU, AHU, CU, Copper Piping, Chilled Water piping, etc.  Auto CAD drawing verification, redesigning and finalization as per the requirement. Monitor the project and track the delivery of the materials to the site, ensured that the shipping schedule meet the project schedule. Prepare handing over documents with testing and Commissioning  Attend technical meetings for grabbing new projects in the market with different clients.  Reviewing and analyze all MEP drawings, materials, schedules/program of work etc Preparing material approval submittals & shop drawings and updating it time to time according to the requirement of the client with consultant’s approval Preparation of technical queries, work method statement etc. Preparation of works programmer and man power projection with respect to the project main programmer and mobilization of technician’s team at site. Responsible for all aspects of MEP deliverables and co-ordination with construction team, architects, structural team etc. Coordinating all electro mechanical activities with various team on site. Coordination and attending meeting with consultant, Main contractor and Sub contractor for discussing various site issue for the successful completion of project in the meantime.
